I know that spirits can make a person accident prone and cause that person to have an accident, but can they cause other people around the target to have accidents resulting in the target getting hurt?
I think that’s possible. I’s check for some energy in the area more than any particular person first, but if bad luck kept happening every time they were around, then I’d look for attachments and curses on that person.

Yes, collateral damage and ripple effects are very real. If you have a person you don’t want affected, I would be sure to mention it to the spirit.
