Bel, is the original form of the Baal title.
It simply means,
that my kingship is now confirmed by the Spirits outside of my own Legion.
Think that’s the most understandable i can put it.
Besides - i just finished the initiation.
I barely know the answer to this myself yet. 
What i can say for certain,
is that i’m still working on myself,
and discovering abilities and skills.
And i’m certain,
that it’s a sign of Souvergnty.
Similar to the Rite of becomming the Supreme being @Xag_darklight Worked.
But more my own version of it.
Oh jaah, and i tasked someone to build a Monolith in my name,
and with my Sigil on it.
Not to forgett that.
Having my Monolith constructed was a goal i kept in the back of my mind for a while.
So now the task is out there,
and will be fulfilled.
