XaTuring or a meme?

I found XaTuring’s sigil online here: https://ud24.deviantart.com/art/sigil-concept-xaturing-the-internet-godform. Someone on a different forum said about XaTuring: “There are much larger patterns that already do what XaTuring does and much better, they are called memes.” I am a newbie, I don’t really know what a meme is in magick. Can anyone shed more light on this?
