First- clear your mind- sake some deep breaths and relax. Then look into the darkness of your mind and say- “What does x’s energy look like?” Pay attention to the images that begin to come to your imagination and write them down, trust them. The more you trust them, the more accurate they get. It will get to the point where it will feel like imagery is just pouring in- your job is to just follow the images and make energetic and emotional sense of it, much like reading tarot cards.

Easy. Think of the person in question, then blank your mind. Then say- “Show me this person’s energy” and write down the imagery you see, the words you hear or the feelings you feel. Hold nothing back and ignore feeling stupid. The more you trust your intuition, the more accurate it becomes in time. Persistent self-doubt leads to persistent failure.
