First- clear your mind- sake some deep breaths and relax. Then look into the darkness of your mind and say- “What does x’s energy look like?” Pay attention to the images that begin to come to your imagination and write them down, trust them. The more you trust them, the more accurate they get. It will get to the point where it will feel like imagery is just pouring in- your job is to just follow the images and make energetic and emotional sense of it, much like reading tarot cards.
Go ahead and try the technique on me and I will give you feedback and maybe reflect on where you seemed wrong and discuss your doubts at the time.
Thank you for being patient with me! At first I saw an orange type of aura but teal does appear strongly as well. I am seeing some sort of medieval architecture. Maybe it is an interest of yours or if you believe in past lives? I cannot tell if the energy is masculine or feminine but it is rather strong? Are you a teacher, leader, or somebody who loves to learn? I can sense you like to indulge at times. Do you enjoy fruits or chocolates? Tangerines or citrus-y fruits? I am not sure if I am going in the right direction. Please correct or redirect if I am wrong.
I love your profile pic of Giorno Giovanna! I would love to scan once I become better. I will come back to this but I want to make sure I can develop it. The door is open for future me if you allow it ^.^
Yes, my Aura can be orange at times because the sacral chakra is strong. Yes, I do like tangerines and citrus and love indulging in chocolate. Yes, I do like teaching and learning magick to those who want to listen. So everything you positively affirmed is true.
Now, was it profound and significant in any meaningful way? No. But that will come. Consider it a success.
Easy. Think of the person in question, then blank your mind. Then say- “Show me this person’s energy” and write down the imagery you see, the words you hear or the feelings you feel. Hold nothing back and ignore feeling stupid. The more you trust your intuition, the more accurate it becomes in time. Persistent self-doubt leads to persistent failure.
