In my experience there is truth in the saying that magick works in practice but not in theory. If you want to do something, do it. Then the mind can make all the chatter “it” wants but working through the chatter is similar to using a machete in the jungle. Focus requires to go through. That is probably why I like rituals so much. They create a structure for something to manifest.
