Hello guys. Does anyone here have experience with spirit guides? How to tell them what we need help with and how to communicate with them? Today I said out loud my intent. I don’t know what to do next. The problem is that the logical mind and its mind chatter bringing Always some thoughts and one dont know what is from spirits and what is from conscious mind.

I should also add that you should be meditating, and learning to silence the “monkey mind” so you can hear the subtle messages of spirits.

@DarkestKnight How to recognize that one has clairaudience ability because I often hear thoughts with multiple voice like female
Once you know to silence your mind, you will be able to recognize thoughts that are not your own.
