I have read that Napoleon Bonaparte worked with an spirit called the little red man of Destiny ? Is he real? Had anyone summoned him ?

It was also called the crimson dwarf, might of been actually been one too 
the description kind of fits the red cap fae goblin but not entirely sure.

I have read a lot of history about him. He met Catherine Medici or Henry IV but I want to know have anybody ever evoked him ?
