Priesthood? (differences in definition)

and it is the case that magic works better if it is done personally because of the factor of immediacy and intensity of desire that I mentioned before

What? Magic is easy to learn! I picked up the basics and got great results after reading Scott Cuningham and Shakti Gawain as a thirteen year old!

But then what about people who fuck themselves up with excess lust for result and doubt?

My whole point is magick is a specialist skill, dangerous, sometimes friehgtening and traumatic, and yeah more people learning it is important but it’s not going to be right for everyone.

Denying people the benefits just because they can’t perform the various things needed is kind of elitist in a bad way IMO.

Incidently it took me a lot longer to learn how to tie my shoes!

The many zillions of posts on here say otherwise.

This is my point - we are not all alike, we have different skills and abilities.

granted; can I watch 47 Ronin now? I need Keanu

I agree not only this but these specialists who offer can function like fix me ups for more people who have messed up.

Nope, you should be able to entertain yourself within your own mind, it’s not healthy to expect other people to do it for you - do you know how much actors get paid ffs? :stuck_out_tongue:

Just teasing!

I personally always wanted to have or be in a Druid College which would be a type of spiritual order for a druidic priesthood.

It would be great you’d learn
Alchemy
Herbology
Thaumaturgy
Enchantment
Temple Technology
Astronomy/Astrology

It would be awesome if you like that kind of thing.
