I’m a freelance swimming coach and I run a business with my fiancée as well. I do have quite a lot of free time but I’m not sure if I’m utilizing my potential.
Most of my peers are doing the typical busy 9-6 office job. Hence I felt I could do more in my free time?

I am seeing you involve in counseling. A coach is already a guide to others regarding a sport and often brings their life experience to bear.
I think coaching others in the form of providing emotional support and counseling is perfect for your psychological and emotional makeup. The reason why is that you seem to have a legitimate interest in seeing others succeed. That and I see you have a great deal of empathy. Leverage these soft skills to guide others in more profound ways along their deeper journeys. And be there for their darkness. Be in the pit with them and show them where the ropes and hand holds are to get out of the pit, even if they must climb blind.
I believe this will fulfill you emotionally. It is what I see.
