Pains after climaxing with an Incubus

I’m still a noob when it comes to sexual spirits and after a session with an incubus I started feeling pains coming from my lower abdomen and slight pains coming from my stomach area all day long.Does anyone know why this could be happening to me.

I mean some incubus have a barbed penis (think of like a male cat) not sure if that’s it though.
