What do you mean by no results? I should be able to help you with this if I know more. 
I did try to explain that it’s not like this big thing “happens” and suddenly you’re elsewhere, you’re building completely unused psychic and mental muscles from the very beginning and at first your journeys will feel like something you made up, while you’re doing them, but when you get back they will feel like memories.
So what is it that’s happening that makes you think you’re not successful, so we can troubleshoot it?
Can you visualise, which is to say IMAGINE, or structure, the World Tree?
You don’t need to do this many times in a day, you’re co-creating an interface, using a creative act of will, it’s not like looking for a signal on a phone or trying to tune an old-fashioned radio into a frequency
