Do you mean that the thoughtform would have the shape of that rune, Uncle Chuckie describes visualizing shapes so Im not sure how to make it utilize the rune as a base to draw energy. I try to visualize the energy of the Universe, but havent seen much effect yet.
You could include the rune in the thoughtforms design such as a shield with the rune on it or you can just take its energy similar to how you might project the energy of a disruption pattern at a target or associate the energy of a planet with something or someone.
