Hey, I’m a 23 year old girl and have been interested in the goetia and have read about it for over 5 years now, I have spoken to and petitioned spirits myself (and at least once got very good results) but I have never heard or felt then communicate back with me. Can someone teach me how to do this?

Work your clairaudience and clairvoyance. The clairvoyance is easier; You can just ask to receive visual informations as an answer.
