I’m from Nigeria (west africa) and most items you mention are very difficult to find. Are there rituals that involve just chanting. I’ll appreciate any assistance I can get.

What items are you talking about? Do you mean tools? If that’s so, in reality you don’t need any. Everything can come from within you.
An arm becomes your sword, a regular cup or your hands held together to form a chalice. Sigils and circles can just be visualized or drawn in flour, sugar, salt etc. You are really unlimited in your choices.
