Yea, as everything else… If my memory doesn’t fail me (its been many years since then) at Ipet Isu (Temple of Karnak) the High Priest of Amun/Amen/Amon was ending praying by saying “Amen Amen Amen”. I don’t know how it’s been used in this meditation, but whenever I use it my mind goes automatically there.
