Is it possible to make a petition without saying a word?

I’m just wondering if it’s possible to make a petition to any spirit by only visualization and imagination without saying anything louder for someone else to hear you?
I’m asking this because I always wanted to be doing a lot of rituals but the problem is I don’t want anyone to hear me during the rituals. I live in a place where my house and my neighbors houses are too close so they always hear me whenever I’m performing any rituals but I don’t like it that way. Can I receive the same result if I say the words inside my mind rather than saying it louder for my neighbors to hear whatever I’m doing or saying.

I can work with any tools I want to use but the problem is only the voice. I just don’t want to say anything loud for my neighbors to hear just even a single word from me. I just want to know if I can say anything or read anything during the rituals with only my mind
