You’re definitely too weak minded and you are more scared of this then you should, my go is that it being dangerous or not, it is not something you should do until you’re back to being your full self.

Because some people are not able to discern their ass from their elbow when it comes to the territory of spiritual relationships, simple as that. Parasites and impostors are a real thing, same goes for spirits with no sense for boundaries (or no care). If you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into (or if you’re getting swayed by a random spirit-bae-demon-king-daddy who might have a way with flattering words) it is very likely to fall victim to that.

… protection, banishing, warding would be a good start. Since if you decide you want to just jump in – your going to need it.
Work on your senses so you can be more confident in your ability, as well as being able to tell what is what, intention – all that good stuff.
Start with those…wouldn’t recommend evoking anything for awhile though.

By working on your skills/senses, and gaining experience is how you gain confidence. Not having to rely on others for confirmation/etc as well.

The same goes for astral sex, you are intertwining your essence and primordial energy with another being, so you should know the spirit well and have an idea of what you want to get from the exchange.
Dont just have astral sex with spirits just cuss, I mean you can do that but Id say gain something from the exchange. Going into the experience you should have an intention, and some sort of goal.
Honestly summon the spirit to your astral temple and have a fun time, the experience can be quite fun and you can learn a lot about the multilayered reality you are in.

Believe it or not, your archangel isnt 100% protection. You need to be able to protect yourself.
That’s what I mean… When you get confidence and you trust your senses… Then think about this, until then don’t think about this, but knowing hoe people are you won’t take this and you just think you can do it still… Just a guess, but… I’ve given you a lot of steps and things you can work with. Although you want to test waters and see what different people say.
At the end of the day none of it matters, what matters is what you think, but you don’t even know that, so… Start working on that first.
