After months of manipulation this person got a friend to send an engagement ring so they could pawn it later. Fake persona, made a fake relationship and pretended to be related to her fake persona.

lol, must be a kid. If not then yea, he/ she is fucked up. better to stay away from those types. Attention whores, that’s what they are ultimately. if U take out the manipulation part, they are just sad and miserable. but that’s a big ‘‘IF’’.
Trust me, don’t let “it’s a kid” fool you. Age doesn’t change if they are mentally disturbed or not.
Not sure on this one though but odd, and red flag do come to mind.
