Greetings, @Mandymariee . Welcome to the forum!
Mandymariee:
How do you begin exploring contact with an incubus? Are there particular invocations, rituals, or meditation practices that practitioners recommend?
To get an incubus, you should do the LOI (Letter of Intent) ritual, which involves you writing a letter to Lilith requesting an incubus, his characteristics, what permissions you give him, etc. Then you burn the letter.
As for how to do the letter of intent, Succupedia has made an amazing post, here:
I’ve been given some thought about doing a thread about this for some time now, and here it is. Qabalah spirits and entities under the influence of Lilith, Naamah, Agrat bat Mahlat or Eisheth Zenunim can be in the darker aspect within their appearance. Reading about others experiences of these entities it seems like an uncommon manifestation, but it should be considered a noticed “warning” in case that happens. The “warning” is more of a consideration to be prepared, rather than abort the event and flee with fear. The darker aspect of Qabalah is, as I see it, a trial of enduring and actually have a purpose to it with a possible outcome of bonding with these kind of entities. Of those four Queens of the Qabalah tree, Lilith is the attention of your letter.
Before you grabbing your pen and paper, read the section below.

Working with other spirits or entities while summoning a “succubus”/“incubus” or of similar type, isn’t always a good idea. Depending on what you wrote on the letter - your own choices and intentions - and the personality of the spirit and it’s own choice of starting a relationship with you, a conflict may rise against your other spirits. Some people might call that “jealousy”, but I disagree.
Intimate spirits, like “succubus”/“incubus” is often deeply dedicated towards their partner, and that means they can aid you on your own spiritual growth. When other spirits are in their way, the en…
Mandymariee:
Has anyone here had experiences they interpreted as connections with two incubi? If so, how did those connections develop?
I have never done this, and thus I am unable to give you an answer.
Mandymariee:
What kinds of experiences do people report, particularly regarding erotic dreams, sleep experiences, and perceived physical sensations?
For incubuses, practitioners usually describe heat, intense heat and the feeling of invisible fingers or a hand.
They usually manifest when you’re in a hypnagogic state, that’s when you can see them vividly.
Mandymariee:
How do you approach boundaries and discernment when exploring this subject?
For this, you must ensure that you are infact dealing with a legitimate incubus rather than a parasite mimicking one. Personally, if I were to desire an incubus, I would state firmly in the letter of intent to Lilith that she must ensure that the entity I receive is an incubus sent by her court.
If the connection with the incubus makes you exhausted, depressed or mentally unstable, you should banish immediately as it is likely a parasite.
Mandymariee:
Are there any books, resources, or existing discussions on this forum that you’d recommend?
I’d recommend this discussion:
