I was curious if anyone is able to contact another’s higher self and/or true self particularly mine. If someone experienced is able to do that could you pm me.
In my experience, I believe that the only one that can do, or at least can do it better, is yourself.
You can perform specific meditations to reach that, or ask assistance from some entities.
The higher self and true self while interchangeable I find the prime difference is the higher self is often seen as some all powerful being that is an aspect of you that sways your life in some way. While the true self is you, your soul self/soul true form, etc. however, it can be done through tarot, soul diving, and so forth.
