Ah well, I usually dont want to advice people to think less. 
But sometimes you just end up in a spiral that pulls you down.

Didn’t want to sound like that lol 
Think less meaning that I should focus on my inner perceptions/feelings/intuition rather than think everything rationally. Maybe labeling everything is one of the things that prevents me from going forward. So thank you for the “experiment” tip, it was actually a very good advice
