Medium ability is very difficult to fully achieve by spell work. It takes a lot of paced growing and time to open fully. So I must warn that anything that I do will only boost your progress, it won’t fully push you to medium eyesight.

Yes but bear in mind the benefit and downfall of both assisted working and solo practice. It is a matter of more results, potentially, and a larger split or less results, potentially, and more for you. Find an expected yield and choose your ratios with both the self and the other in mind.
Should I pay them myself or ask an investor?
If you call for another magician I’d suggest paying from your fruition. Though do not forget they benefit ritualistically as well.
Advice?
My advice is this: Measure, play ethically, and nor let the other potential magician become greedy. Be mindful of the subject matter and know what power does to people mentally as well as spiritually.

I’d suggest a dedicated banishing ritual for this which is best performed by yourself.
If I were to do one, I’d do it like this:
- Cast a pentagram with your fingers on the floor and sit in the middle of it
- (Optional) light some candles around you and give them a meaning. I.e Black and white candles to represent the restoration of balance in your spirit. Or blue candles to represent ocean waves as we typically equate the ocean to our own emotions.
- Recite a banishing incantation multiple times after reaching a trance state through meditation
Spirit wise I can try and reach Buer or Leviathan as a healing element.
