Djinn often get lumped with demons, so no he’s not really both, more that he took on the label demon due to the change of what Djinn are from their original view to being demons.

I have been feeling his presence lately as well, its more heavy cold and gives chills to the spine
But i usually just use his enn to call on him.

if you work with him, prepare to wait a lot for results… he will deliver them when you will be ready to recieve them… he will give you nightmares occasionally where he will test your loyalty to the lhp… don’t ask him to deliver you something in a certain time frame, 'cause you will be dissapointed… he really likes blood and whiskey, incense sticks and candles…
