I talk a bit about in this post Can The Spirits of Dead People Kill People? but keep in mind i also first start working with demons, like very young and then also started with the dead must later in life, and then just move on to evoking anything.

Spirits of dead , you mean ghosts right , but they can’t kill you physically, yeah but they can destroy you mentally
I see spirits of the dead and ghost as two different things, again these just my personal believe, I personally see a ghost as human memory that is on a loop re living the same memory where as I see a spirits of the dead just as dead human that have move on,
I say any spirits can kill because I believe it true that any spirits has the power to distory one life rather it be physically and or mentally watch could also led to death,
If you you are getting distory mentally by a spirit or by anything that can lead to death

Yeah you have a point there , but lesser spirit don’t have even that much power
