Not what I was thinking, that seems more like NLP. I don’t recall who was talking about it, but I do remember reading about a kind of retroactive evocation. The writer was talking about evoking for a bookstore to have gotten a specific book in the recent past. The idea being that you want change to happen now rather than in the future, so you have to change when the spell starts to take effect.
I agree with this.
As someone who has been cheated on, watched my friend die in front of me and has bern sexually harrassed more times than I can count I agree. I used to want to change the past but then I grew the fuck up and got over myself and enjoyed living. Life is a gift and it isn’t around forever.
I’ve Unlisted this and merged in some posts, so posts will appear out of chronological order (rather ironic): because this whole topic is coming from a place of preaching, and maybe the OP needs to take a time-out, I’m going to close this thread now and see if we can have a fresh start tomorrow.
