Like others have said, I don’t believe demons can manifest physically without a medium; whether it’s smoke, a black mirror or other scrying tool, or a blank black or white surface if in a highly altered state.
Certainly it is possible to “see” an entity in some form or another, or some really strange physical phenomena, if you are in an altered state. Is also not unheard of for demons to possess humans.
But to see Belial walking down the street or run into Asmodeus at the grocery store? No, I don’t think so.
If you think it’s possible, which judging by your firm denial dismissal of others’ disagreements in this thread, then who I am I to say it’s not possible in your universe, and you’re welcome to proceed in believing this as fact. But since you’ve opened a general discussion thread asking for opinions, my answer is no, I have never met a demon in the flesh so to speak, moreover I highly doubt that it’s possible, and finally I can’t see what possible benefit it would bring results-wise.

There is a dude in Russian YouTube who does exo-hypnosis. And so he once talked with Agrat bat Makhlat through his medium. And she said that they can be absolutely material, and that they can be completely indistinguishable from ordinary people.

I don’t know which is true. I’ve met Marquis Leraje in person I KNOW that. ML had possessed a former special forces soldier I met and during our conversation it became crystal clear I wasn’t talking to this man I was actually having a conversation with ML. Now could this have been ML in a physical form that I simply couldn’t distinguish from a regular person… possibly. Possibly. I believe it was full blown puppetry possession though. I saw this man several times at different intervals after this and he was still ML. Even when I I evoke ML today the energy signature is an exact match. So whats the truth, what’s possible. Hell, I don’t know. 🤷

Yes, from my own personal experiences I believe this is entirely possible. And throughout history there have been many recorded cases. Whether you believe it is possible is an entirely different story. I was just wondering since this is a LHP forum what others may have experienced. Thanks for sharing!

Or was that special forces soldier actually him in guise??? My point is if angels that people claim in their miracle stories have appeared in human form to help them. Why wouldn’t demons be able to do the same? And the fact that some practitioners put a limit on their ability to do so? I mean who are we to say what they are capable of doing or not doing? Why put a limit on their powers?

But yet, to me they do not seem omnipotent, no matter who says what. If it were so, then many problems would be solved much easier than famous magicians, such as Koetting, say, who say that demons appear in front of them in physical form, have power over colossal processes that a person cannot even comprehend, but when necessary, they force Eric to play sports, not rip off his flesh to put on a new ideal body on him. (exaggerating)

Those are 2 different phenomena. For the latter one, I believe you need to use an actor or a golem to do it in this universe.
Science and magic advanced since Lovecraft’s time so we can do much better in the comprehension department.
That’s how imagination works, Harry Potter, lord of the rings, chronicles of Narnia, etc.
If real scientists haven’t discovered something it’s unlikely a 9-5 or unemployed practitioner will.
