Somebody have heard the words
" Iamaneshtu tal gal um sat "
The first word reminds me of “lamamatshsu” (I probably spelled it wrong) it’s a type of spirit. I would suggest looking it up on this form as it’s been discussed before. The other words I am unsure of… although it sounds very similar to an enn so it might be related a specific entity that is a lamatchsu…
Okay I did spell it wrong but take a look at this, the spelling is similar enough to possibly be related: Lamashtu-The Heavenly Vampire Goddess
