I assumed almost everyone can do that tho xD yes seem so I can see spirits that are around me but usually they are like smoke or flowing water , can see my energy hands when I close my eyes and such , it works much better when I raise energy to then , then i see shapes more clearly , anyone that can do that ?
Also it makes sense as I can’t visualize I tried to find another way and that came naturally

Well I don’t know, I can’t visualise but somehow, I’m able to think about multiple things at the same time which can be super freaking annoying lol. My mind is a real mess. Next to that I have a really good imagination, and have a lot of dreams (like 3-4 in one night sometimes) BUT, they aren’t that much vivid for me. It’s always a bit blurry, and it’s rare for me to see any colors in it.
Yeah, pretty much. I don’t have any example to give you right now, but even if I had it would be hard to explain, or even to understand I think

I think it was W.E. Butler who wrote something to the tune of “If a man cannot meditate during rush hour in a busy street corner, we will not likely be successful at meditation.” And, as we know, meditation or visualization is paramount to successful magic. Now, as for those who cannot see, simply know. The subconscious will pick up on your attempt to visualize but doing geometric mechanical figures and say “Oh, its the LBRP”.

I’m very much the same my dreams always look dark as if I literally have my eyes closed lol also they lack colour or intense colour and I don’t have them very often ( or I struggle to recall them )
Being able to to think of many things at once must be helpful

Yes!! You got it - I definitely think you are on to something by incorporating other senses ( like with your fruit exercise )
Maybe by using the term ‘visualise… X,Y orZ ’ we limit ourselves from manifesting the whole experience of it - maybe instead of visualising something in our workings, we should sense it as wholly as possible in order to ‘experience ‘ it ? If that makes sense ?
So , conjure up an image using all your senses so that you don’t just imagine it you experience it and make it as real as possible… yeah that’s what I was trying to say lol

Another way to visualize by color is to start without. Lets say a black or grey canvas, and a white outlinbe is drawn and slowly colored in.
Take for example Mickey Mouse. We are to visualize him for five minutes.
Well, which one? The 1950s black and white one, crude colored one, digitized colored one, or disney movie fully animated one?
They are all one, color or not.
There, an example, when I say that I just know. In dreams, you will sometimes know things, like this person is in your dream, or this spirit, without being able to see them. You just know instantly.

Well from what I’ve seen, visualisation in magick (or spirituality overal) is something pretty new no ? Didn’t people rely more on feeling and working with the energies directly before ?

Good point, crawl before walking. Yet the LBRP is a neophyte exercise, and we are urged to open our senses by correspondence.
Yes actually that’s true you do ‘just know’things in dreams don’t you .
Sometimes it’s like I’m aware my eyes are shut and I’m straining to see or look for details .
I have a handful or reoccurring dreams ( all bad ones ) and they are the only ones that I see feel hear everything clearly in, I even know what’s coming next with those . Like a movie I hate but I can’t turn it off lol .

The only real remedy is practice.
Most magick comes down to force and form.
From what i have seen most people have a natural inclination to one or the other hence training in the one their not proficient in can seen tedious but it pays off in the end.
Rituals like the LPRP and middle pillar for example are built to naturally work on both at the same time.

With seeing every orange object I could spot today, and in effort to see the connection with Sol, orange vehicles large and small are the bodies transporting our spirit around. Warning strips/signs indicate proceed with caution. Orange real estate sign had my mind in another direction. But visualized an orange to everything but smell in senses.
