I know it’s been 14 days since your question, but I’d like to suggest this guide that helped me as well after years of “shutting down”. I’d suggest to use binaural beats alongside.
As for entities I was helped by Bael the first time I evoked him but it can be different for everyone, people have reported good results with literally every other entity out there.
