7 mins third eye meditation. I couldn’t go more than that in the morning cause of my family making noises I just couldn’t concentrate and after the meditation I felt like my eyes were open for too long so I had to force myself to close it cause my head started hurting but even then it took some time for my headache to go away.
Btw thanks for making the wicked meditation post @BeastCreature. I’ll keep posting meditations from there with my experiences I get from it.
This meditation was kinda strong for me.

Breathing 3-3-3-3 and then imagining that certain island with its hills and pools of water.
