today i have circulated and moved my energy and i noticed all of a sudden how much easier it became. I can now move my energy out of my battery into my limps and so on instantly. Yet i do not know how to utilize that energy for example to not be exhausted or be stronger
Due to work, gym and some activities with my friends i dont have that much time to cultivate sadly. I put in a good 30 minutes of cultivation but just through the crown of my head, so through one gate. I noticed that i can get more energy into myself when focusing on one stream then focusing on 5.
Since Starting to Cultivate, i have noticed that i progressively got way better socially. More friends, many more women approach me then before, my looks improved a little as well. I get way more compliments and have a lot of positive interactions with the people around me.
Energetically i can now not only feel the “volume” of energy as in the space it occupies, i can perceive its presence by sight slightly but also i can feel the temperature of the energy very clearly. At least a lot more clearer then before. Generally i can move way greater amounts of energy then i was able to do before starting to cultivate.
Obviously that the case because i have been training the “muscle” that moves energy daily thus getting bet at it. Keeping this up will probably put me and anyone else who undertakes the same/similar journey to a point where a single breath will draw in more energy then a thousand at the beginning of cultivating.
Hello, your journal is very interesting. Im always looking forward to your posts.
What is your primary technique to actively cultivate? And im assuming that with “passive” cultivation you mindfully “link” or “connect” your breath to your dantien right, or something different?
On this day i started again to research more deeply into cultivation. My second attempt on understanding mantak chia, my mistake was i bought the most advanced books he has and a different book for the basics. Not understanding that the systems are fundamentally the same but mantak chia does so much different that i had to essentially overhaul the information through different means. Mantak chia is really deep in fusing kan and Li, i understand it now. I have to yet attempt it. Putting the water energy and fire energy together to make “steam” rise through my body.
I still lack understanding but i understand how i would do it, atleast i lack the understanding to practice it properly. So i am advancing on my research and continuing to practice.
30 minutes of cultivation, passive cultivation and circulation throught the day. Small heavenly cycle for 30 minutes
On this day I started to understand the practice of sealing the five senses. Upon rereading, I now have stopped consuming excessive amounts of social media or even various forms of media. I do not listen to music anymore 90% of the time. Before, I was doing everything with headphones in, in my free time.
As to answer your question, @MartialGod, by actively cultivating, I refer to embryonic breathing coupled with pore breathing. I am yet lacking to properly perform embryonic breathing, but I have advanced very well on pore breathing. So I currently cultivate by linking my breath with my dantian while meditating, pulling in energy through my pores and up to all 6 gates. I have yet to gain the skill to consistently pull energy through all 6 gates and my pores at the same time; it is a true challenge to maintain that.
By passively cultivating, I am just linking my breath to my dantian while pulling energy with the breath throughout the day.
