you got a lot on your mind your body is tired but your brain is active need some meditation music put on your headphones play some relaxing music turn off the lights close your eyes and say goodnight if that dont work i like to read till my eyes get heavy and im out like a light

I practice a variety of forms; primarily being Norse, Demonic and Traditional Magicks. I am middle path leaning left.

I would definitely say Iā€™ve progressed nicely and Iā€™ve had a lot of personal development.
