Hi I’m a new member and I want to learn spells, can you help guys and where I can buy a legitimate spell books? I’m from southeast Asia.

As to the topic at hand there are plenty of tutorials giving lots of practical advice. Use the all powerful search bar/magnifying glass at the top to find topics that may assist
In addition it might assist users if you could tell us what spells you want to cast
