What, no love for American Satan?
A rock band in dire straits cuts a deal with the devil (creepily played by Malcolm McDowell), there’s a scene inside a Satanic-themed brothel, and the soundtrack kicks ass. (There’s a spinoff series, Paradise City, on Amazon Prime. Love it. But see the movie first. Occult elements are far less prominent in Paradise City.) The writer/director/producer says the film is based on his own experiences in the music industry.
After that…
The Love Witch
The Craft
Hocus Pocus (I’m descended from convicted Salem witches…ha)
The Witch (see above)
And hear me out on these, especially if you have kids:
Sleeping Beauty (Disney, 1959) - the three fairies correspond to goddess triads (with feisty young Merryweather as the Maiden, maternal Fauna as the Mother, and wise-but-bossy Flora as the Crone), repeatedly save the day (Prince Philip would never beat Maleficent on his own), and oh yeah, do magick (movie fairy magick, anyway) for most of the time they spend on screen.
Frozen 2 - Disney again. European Paganism for kids. Just trust me on this.
