and people who have the knowledge to understand everything else but can’t understand empathy
Sociopaths? I don’t know I’m just guessing. 
Empathy is overrated in my opinion, I choose to dismiss it most of the time.
Ronove can teach a person how to turn on and off certain emotions. Sometimes its more beneficial to have a heart of stone.

I’d go as far to say most of the time, especially on the LHP. Otherwise it mostly seems to be a distraction from ones goals, in my experience.
