I just learned of something I’ve not heard of before. Someone was talking about having 6 frequencies playing around you in a circle. Either people are playing instruments or you can use something else like singing bowls to play 6 different frequencies that match up to the chakras and you sing the tones played, just curious if anyone has tried this and what happened.

Yes that is using special sounds for chakra balancing. Some Yoga teachers work with that but there are also vids in you tube but the problem there is that some chakras are more active than others and therefore first someone should scan you and tell you which chakra is weaker so that you do some energy work on it/them
