Why does the sun drain us

We are diverse entities, we don’t all get our power from the same source.

Oh I know. Dont mean to sound like a skeptic haha it just makes me giggle when I think of looking at someone staring at the sun from an outsider’s perspective :joy:
Yes I know they dont look directly at the sun but still.
I’ve dabbled a little bit with it not too much though.

Oops lol @DarkestKnight… bit of a Freudian slip there!

I do prefer a cloudy, rainy day. But I am an Expat Brit living in uber-sunny New Jersey US, I did actually get almost agoraphobic under endless blue skies until I got used to it.

You know what’s better than a cloudy sky? A nice deep cave! Preferably with bats, flowstone and a natural underground river. I visited Wookie Hole in Somerset UK last week, just lovely (as is the actually-cave-aged cheese). Caves are very soothing and nurturing I find.

Yep, agoraphobic in the Summertime - that’s me! I have to make myself go out with friends, with dread; but it’s usually at night so it’s doable. I turn into the Hermit when there’s no clouds in sight.
