Hey there!
As a long practitioner of mundane magick I think it’s time now for me to connect to the astral planes more. I do have a natural affinity for this when I sleep, as I have very vivid dreams sometimes. (Doing magick on the astral etc)
But unfortunately it’s very unintentional, so it’s like I have a double life, hard to explain.
I wish to make a more conscious and directed soul travel.
Which spirit helped you guys with this?
I remember when I worked with Paimon I had this astral thing where I could survey a guy I had a crush on, but yet again it was unintentional!
Perhaps you can give some tips.
I should also add that I have a very limited attention span ( Mars in Gemini - very scattered)
