I had the idea to abstain from certain things with the intention of connecting to specific spirits. Like a mini sacrifice.
Lilith: offering my last seed
Jophiel: Last cigarette
Paimon: Last candy
But now im not sure, should I do the abstain method or should I… anytime I want to use those items I should just remind myself of those spirits. For example: Whenever I take a cig, I have to chant for Jophiel
What would be more powerful? Sacrifice of abstain or simple offering?
Don’t over complicate or think too much, be honest, sincere and choose the method You think is most valuable to You.
It is not the offerings, but your intention that gives power to this act.

You know when it comes to offerings it is not a must to do, but something out of appreciation to them for whatever their services were to you were successfully completed. In my opinion don’t over think it or try to get to fancy with the offering… The best offering that one can give them I’d say is your time. Due to the fact they are so interested in us and our realm. Just my opinion many others will say differently but to each their own right. Good luck in all your endeavors.
