Which entity would be of better help

So I wanted to learn the art of levitation and I came across two entities .Krehl’a’teral given in the book of azazel and the air elemental king paralda . Which one of these beings are more like to teach the art of levitation . Which entity do you suggest I work with?

I would start with Paralda and build up your skills, before working with a Nether of Azazel. Either way, you’re looking at years of discipline.
