This is similiar to asking which demon is more powerful. Each have their own specialities that they have mastered, so it is impossible to say who is the wisest of each one as there is not really a set of criteria that can be followed. It all depends on what field of knowledge we are talking about, as one demon may be able to give advice in regards to healing but not how to be more persuasive
