So I summoned Sallos and gave him a period of 2 weeks to get the first signs that he was working on my request (I gave him a short time because I thought it was an easy question). I sensed his presence during the ritual but did not see or hear him, then told him to manifest through dreams. And so he did. During that time, I even saw his seal drawn on the ceiling of my room once. It turns out that the deadline ended today and nothing happened. What to do now?

You give it more time. I’ve heard that a lot of spirits have been busy lately and their presences have been absent for some on the forum. There’s just something going on. Give it time.

I was thinking the SAME thing Rose8; when people do that to me it really pisses me off. I imagine that when one does that to a demon it could rub them the wrong way and make them take their sweet time doing anything for you. That’s what I’ve seen Orishas do.
Number 1 with any deity/demon/Orisha is respect. It’s a two way street. Just like with dealing with other people, you’ll get a lot farther by using honey with your words than vinegar.

I agree with trying divination, or full evocation to ask him personally what’s going on. He’s the best one to answer your question.
You may also need to consider accepting the fact that there are no guarantees. Sometimes everything is done right, and you still won’t get what you asked for. It happens. In this case, simply repeat the ritual again until you get what you want.
