When working with any rune or symbol e.g to kill, i crave/draw it while thinking or focus on my intention clearly. Meditatively too. Is there more to it that a newbie can learn please? I need working/effective results. All i have is belief Norse magic and sigils.

There are about as many ways you can use runes as you can a knife.
You could draw it out and and vibrate the name with a particular intent, use it like a talisman, carve them into candles for spells, you can use them for divination, and more.
