So, the last few times I’ve gazed at a sigil, particularly that of Azazel and Salas’ash, I’ve gotten this feeling in my back. Sometimes in my lower back and before in the middle of my back.
It’s kind of a warm tingling feeling and it actually gets uncomfortable enough to jolt me out of what I’m doing.
I’m still doing the sigil gazing as that’s as far as I’ve progressed with magick so far, but this is new and it’s repeating.
Any ideas?
It sounds like an energy build up.
I concur with DK. It sounds like energy building up; quite possibly due to the energy channels not being ready for the level of current flow. It should ease with time as your channels adjust and strengthen.

That happens to me whenever I recite Enns too. Energy. I think it also means the deities are present.
I felt the same thing earlier today. I figured it had something to do with energy.
