If they are someone youre sexually active with, try focusing your intent during sex on exactly what you want to control of them, building up your orgasm and holding retention until you feel it has enough power to be released (20-30minutes min.) And then release it through their solar plexus or if you can hold your heads touching even better and see that intent enter their consciousness.
