Are these common and what do they mean? I believe I might have been inside my sacral chakra. I snapped out of it though before anything too interesting happened.
Yes, it’s possible you could have seen into the sacral chakra. It’s also possible to project your consciousness through it as a gateway.
And yes, it is possible to have visions, flashes of images or movies, or full blown soul travel occur during meditation.
What exactly did you see?
I don’t know how common are these but I can share my experience.
When I was doing chakra meditation for a couple of months, I l’ve been seeing all kinds of weird visions like symbols, geometric patterns, some weird yantras, rays of green light, and lots of cobras and other snakes. In my case the strongest and most vivid visions happened during anahata meditation.
Some people are saying that I’ve managed to raise kundalini, thats why I saw all these cobras. I don’t know if its true but I can say for sure that when you are seeing things like that you are definitely on the right path.
