The Black Magic video course is stopping every several seconds. The BALG help desk said clear out the Browser Cache. I did still having problems. They said send a Screenshot. I asked them how. I have not heard back.
Any ideas?

Depending on the type of your computer, usually a screenshot can be taken by using the “prntscn” button and either the “function”, “alt” or “windows” button.
