iwas intorduced to a group on Mr Bales FB page Lustmord…and I was having trouble getting relaxed when u start to contact and are aware of a powerful demonic presence it kinda scares the shit out of u the first time and ive found the music causes relaxation… and letting the spirit know u are not going to fear it… and u stand hand held forward and the diaolouge begins…progress at last… any thoughts??
