Using Menstrual Blood Instead of Normal Blood?

If I’m doing magick that requires using blood (blood offerings to demons, putting blood on a sigil, blood in spells, etc) can I use my menstrual blood instead of regular blood? I am very squeamish about cutting myself to get blood :nauseated_face:

Will it change the magick at all or is it the same? I mostly see menstrual blood used in sex/love magick and not in ordinary run of the mill stuff.

Surprisingly, menstrual blood is quite potent in charging. Some associates of mine prefer it over light piercing/cutting.

Of course you can use it! I have a friend who uses nothing else. I dont see why it would make a difference. It’s still blood from your body.
