Hello Balg. Not sure if this is correct forum but looking for advice.
I ordered and paid for a universal Circle roughly 3 weeks ago and there is no shipment details in the order, I’ve contacted balgs email about it and have received no response.

Can anyone give me some advice? How long do they normally take to arrive?

Sorry, but the forum does not deal with that end of things. You have to go through the Help Desk and they have been known to take 3-4 days to respond.
